Lovely experience today getting my daughters first pair of shoes. Excellent fitting service and we throughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and just made the whole thing really special. Thank you! ? ?

I had an awful experience today at Clarks. The staff were very arrogant and condescending, especially Sally B the manager who was very reluctant to honour my statutory rights to exchange a kids school shoe that broke after 10 days of use.
