Absolutely awful service three staff all walked away and ignored me at the till and I had to ask if they were serving to be told yes without the staff member evwnlokking up at me. Walked out

Mandy is brilliant!!! She was so lovely and accommodating, nothings too much trouble. She was all alone and still managing customers and making balloons! ? what a star!! ? thank you
