I hope you don't have to deal with Geoff whose job it is to cut wood to size. His ill- mannered sarcasm is only matched by his lack of customer service when he TELLS (not asks, but tell's) the customer to help him carry the wood into the cutting area for him. There was neither a please nor thank you about the man whose clearly lost interest in his job. A bit of customer service training is in order i think!

Went into store as we are redoing our kitchen, wanted to speak to staff members in the kitchen design area but they were too busy, asked for a pen and they were to busy to even give us 1 pen to take notes as they were putting through ?thousands of pounds in orders? which we were told. I understand they might be short staffed but we waited 30 mins and even between appointments they were more bothered about going out for a cigarette than they were to give us an appointment for another day!! Ended up getting our kitchen done elsewhere which is a shame as we quite liked the products they had?.Would not recommend visiting this store?.

Don't want to moan but I will I walk with 2 sticks and needed a Chipboard flooring panel and it needed to be cut down in width to fit but was told as Chipboard has been treated can't cut that down, I said I will struggle told to buy plywood at 3 times the price they can cut that really if so worried about dust wear a face mask unhelpful on website they say can cut to size misleading, other staff helped putting into car so now have got to find a non jobsworth to cut it down for me

That huge store with only two checkouts at mid day ridiculous.What makes it even more stupid is that both staff are on assistant checkouts instead of one of them opening the self-serve check out.Took me 2 minutes to find the items that I needed and 15 minutes to pay.Poor management

The store is good but getting in and out the estate is not worth the time. Go to another DIY store with better access and parking

Awful. The roads into and in the car park are badly designed, needing human traffic controls to manage it. Just a quick nip in for an itemized needed took 30 minutes, most of which was getting in and out of the car park. Next time we'll just go to Homebase instead.

So easy to access for disabled people. It is so huge and the always well stocked .,very engaging staff and easy parking and accessible tills what more could you want

Sited on a fairly new retail park, you would expect the store to be carrying the full range of B&Q products. This is not the case, it is probably one of the worst B&Q stores I have been to.

Plenty of choice, full shelves and helpful staffLet's downs are it's location and the layout of the shop as you end up going to one side of the store then to the other get related items

Bad home delivery experience and customer care service.We did not get all the items we ordered, some of them arrived damaged and the driver tricked me to sign the delivery note before unloading all the items and when I told him I am missing one item, I was told "you already signed for it" and walked away.Customer service was called straight away and I was promised I will get a call back from the store to resolve my problem. This never happened and 3 weeks have gone since then and an online form was submitted to customer service for this issue. Nobody cares to contact us.

Well worth a visit. The M&S cafe was smart and they have very nice toilets. The ordering system tested our grey cells but the drinks were delivered very quickly. Would go again.

Large store not easy to navigate. Sign posting does not allow you to easily find what you want. Self service tills get blocked by customers with trollies reducing the numbers available by half, takes ages to check out as it seems every customer needs assistance.

The place hasn?t been open long and the self service tills are often out of order already. Also why give the call on the tannoy to make your way to the tills to pay and then only have 1 till open. Bit rubbish but it is nice and big and has a wide range of pretty much anything

10/10 Service, friendly knowledgeable staff that were willing to help and go the extra mile. Geoff helped me today and cut some plywood up for me perfectly. I feel blessed to have this on my doorstep. I hope a team like this team get the credit they deserve!
