Went into store as we are redoing our kitchen, wanted to speak to staff members in the kitchen design area but they were too busy, asked for a pen and they were to busy to even give us 1 pen to take notes as they were putting through “thousands of pounds in orders” which we were told. I understand they might be short...

Don't want to moan but I will I walk with 2 sticks and needed a Chipboard flooring panel and it needed to be cut down in width to fit but was told as Chipboard has been treated can't cut that down, I said I will struggle told to buy plywood at 3 times the price they can cut that really if so worried about dust wear...
