“My Mother who is very elderly (aged 86 and only weighs just over 6 stone) and who is extemely frail and on 24 hour oxygen and carries an oxygen tank with her visited Sainsbury's in St John's Road, Clacton to do some shopping today 6th September at about 4pm, she explained to me that the staff we're extremely helpful towards her and in particular she describes two young lads who assisted her to pack her bags and then one of them walked out to her car and loaded her bags into the boot of her car. As her son who lives 100 miles away, I would like to thank these two members of Sainsbury's staff from the bottom of my heart for your kindness towards my Mum, God bless you both.”
“Normally I find this a very good shop. Nash really cares about the business and the place has a real personality rather than the average Premier place. Was a bit of a shame today when I bought a meal deal. 1st time I have done this here. Got to the counter and bill was way higher than the 3.50 meal deal price. I checked why and the coffee drink was not in the deal apparently. I went back to the cabinet and indeed it wasn't. The shelf edge in the coffee says "mega deal" and is next to the "meal deal" drinks. It uses the same colour signage as well. I don't know if this is intended to catch people out and make more money or if its just bad branding? I wonder how many people this cath es out and makes them over a quid worse off? ? Please change this.”

“Excellent corner shop for that item you forgot to buy, or have run out of and you don’t want to go all the way into town and get. Great for papers as well. Excellent friendly staff. Also now do parcel collection for Amazon returns, which is very handy, as you get your amazon refund, as soon as your parcel is scanned in the shop.”
