Never thought of going to boots for my medication but it's was a nice visit the lady who was behind the counter was so polite what was the first thing they did my medication in about ten minutes and there was nothing on floor so i was happy to look around

I went into collect a prescription that my daughter had ordered on 111 as she had forgotten her inhaler and lives 4hrs away in the Midlands. I was told it hadn’t come through. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Boots pharmacy was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to speak up.
