“Firstly, staff. Their customer service is amazing, they couldn't be more avaliable to help and couldn't do enough for you.Secondly, stock and range. They had a wide and big variety of shoes to choose from for anybody with feet. Their store is not very big but its like a tardis, they have mo shortage of great shoes to choose from.The displays were beautifully laid out, couldn't put a foot wrong. I've shopped in there twice before and always look forward to going back everytime I'm in Chelmsford. Its the place to go.”

“Visited this New Look store to collect an order of made online a few days prior. To my dismay, it transpired that DPD had not completely delivered all of the orders to the store, and as such mine hadn’t arrived. I was pretty gutted because I needed the clothing within the order for a night out I was going on that same evening, and in addition I didn’t live in that area to collect it at a later date.Chris (manager) came over and tried to assist. He called who I can only assume was Customer Services for New Look, who said that they’ll be able to cancel my order from their end, and that he knew the items I’d ordered were in stock here. He said to go and collect the items from around the store, and as a gesture of goodwill he’d give me 25% off my bill. I was so grateful for his generosity and kindness - it really turned a rubbish situation into a good one. Thanks again Chris!”

“This store is actually offering more than thinking but not too much of it. There is even a genius idea: that was us managing to get self checkout exactly in the ordinary checkout area so you would not really need patience if a cashier ain't ready in time.”

“Great service as always at Next!!I had an issue with a Christmas present. l had bought for my son a pair of slippers. Sadly, they came up small. There was no issue exchanging them. He had to choose a different style as there wasn't any in store, but that wasn't an issue at all.The majority of my Christmas gifts for family came from Next. I normally buy instore, but because both of my parents were both in hospital. I found it easier to order online, as hospital visits were so tiring.Fantastic service?Thanks, Next!”

“Large store, mostly women's and home wares. The actual retail park can be a pain to get into sometimes, with cars queuing onto the roundabout.Lots of seasonal stuff”

“Admitted to hospital without warning, so they were v useful. Limited hours, so check before you head down. But they stock pyjamas. Pretty nasty and awful pyjamas but they are useful nonetheless.”

He communicated well and still had a personal service with each pair of shoes despite multiple requests. His knowledge on the best shoe for my needs was also great. Vibe 4/5: great music. A step up on enthusiasm from the rest of the team would be great.”
