“Shopping at River Island today. The lighting was brilliant. The clothing in the store was very well organised and had flow. The store was clean and all entrances were clear. My only small gripe (there's always one ?) there should be sign where the floor slopes warning people. My shopping experience was an absolute delight thanks to Ohio, the superstar cashier. Polite, efficient, and a folding wizard—he made my experience seamless. If River Island had a hall of fame, Ohio would be a shoo-in. Thanks for the top-notch service! ?? Absolutely delighted!

“Great service as always at Next!!I had an issue with a Christmas present. l had bought for my son a pair of slippers. Sadly, they came up small. There was no issue exchanging them. He had to choose a different style as there wasn't any in store, but that wasn't an issue at all.The majority of my Christmas gifts for family came from Next. I normally buy instore, but because both of my parents were both in hospital. I found it easier to order online, as hospital visits were so tiring.Fantastic service?Thanks, Next!”

“Improvement on last year but still think they missed out when Debenhams closed. Chelmsford needs more great stores, with staff available to order merchandise not stocked in Chelmsford. Reduce the bra and pants section and get more fashion in store please.”

“I came in yesterday to return a dress and buy other clothing. I was shocked at the state of the store . People were trying on clothes in the store then chucking what they didn't want over the rails . Many items were inside out. I mentioned this to the assistant and she said it's because there's a sale. I think very disrespectful of some shoppers . It's always been so clean and tidy . Won't stop me from visiting but the staff definitely had a kit if tidying yesterday .”
