Only open 9.30-3pm mon-fri, used to close at 5pm, i turned up at 4pm and it's closed, the bank managers got a easy job , because it's hardly ever open.

This isn't directly at this branch even tho I was on hold for god knows how long and had to hang up but I had an issue at an ATM and the money came out on a tilt and some fell out and the door shut before I could get all my money out. It took me 7 hours to get someone to help just for me to be told I had to wait for paperwork...
