Extremely poor customer service. Female member of staff was extremely rude and condescending. Glad to be closing my account with them.

Have had different issues at the bank whilst managing my parents account on their behalf. Currently back to sort out 2 issues. It's been a nightmare for the last couple of years. Horrible, horrible experience. Thank God i dont bank here. I'm tempted to move my parents to another bank.
