“DIY outlet store. Lots of stock on display. However, very few floor staff about now. We wanted a new kitchen mixer tap and found one we liked on display. However, there were none boxed on the shelf underneath. We could not find anyone to ask. We ordered click and collect from the store which showed two in stock!
We returned to the store and hour later after a message saying it was ready as we were still in the area to collect. We were told that there were no floor staff in that area to restock...”

“We started using Dunelm in Chelmsford a lot when we moved house a year ago and I would recommend them. Excellent service with deliveries and click and collect and the cafe is good too. Today I was greeted very cheerfully at the entrance by Jeremy - this is a nice idea- and it was so good to see an employee taking pride in his work.The only criticism I would make is it can be slow at the tills. There are 7, but often only one or two in use, even when busy.”

“Flooring, underlay and trim delivered as advised by a very polite representative. Floorer arrived on time both days and was very polite throughout and did an excellent job screeding and laying the floor.”
“I came in yesterday to return a dress and buy other clothing. I was shocked at the state of the store . People were trying on clothes in the store then chucking what they didn't want over the rails . Many items were inside out. I mentioned this to the assistant and she said it's because there's a sale. I think very disrespectful of some shoppers . It's always been so clean and tidy . Won't stop me from visiting but the staff definitely had a kit if tidying yesterday .”

“myself and my fiance went into the BHF furniture shop in Chelmsford High Street yesterday. immediately found a sofa and chair we loved. it was the easiest purchase we have made. stress free! micheal who served us was so lovely! we sorted delivery. it came today and both the delivery men were friendly. helpful and cheery! we are huffed to have our new sofa and chair and that we helped a charity bychoosing it from them! from walking in the shop door to the sofa coming through our front door it qas so easy and a great experience. thank you so much”

Team were great in assisting us find our new bed. The team did us a great deal throwing in some pillows and duvets whilst also including removing our old bed and assembling the new one (super king ottoman). For the quality of the product and price we paid it beat every other store we had visited until then.
Everyone was great from the sales staff to the delivery. Would Highly recommend visiting this store if shopping for a new bed.”
