Avoid staff are very rude, Disrespectful paying money into your account with the interest they make they should be happy that they have a job. ?

I had a problem with a fraudulent travel company. After getting advice from a wonderful assistant I have now received my money back in full.

Rather give no stars the call centre is absolutely atrocious, took ages too get though and they didn't sort out my problem and keep sending me to different departments and the wait is too long
