Don't waste your money at H Samuel. We bought a diamond eternity ring from H Samuel. After 14 months a diamond fell out. They charged us over half the value of the ring to repair it. 2 years on another diamond has fallen out!
I have other diamond rings on my hands bought from other outlets and in 40 years no other stones have ever fallen out. To lose two diamonds from the same ring would suggest it is very poorly made. No help offered by customer services

Took my Wife in this morning to get her Engagement ring re-coated as we do every other year. Staff are always polite and helpful, I only wish they could provide them with a modern computer system, it?s all very antiquated and slow. Having computers that date back to the 90?s can?t be good for business.

I had a lovely experience with the staff with one young lady who's name I've forgotten (muppet behaviour!!) anyways lovely girl and the staff are very professional when helping me with buying a bracelet for my wife.

When i went into h.Samuel. I was met with a very inviting,friendly and eager to help worker named vicky. The whole experience was very easy and quick l. Would definitely recommend.

I have left my silver chain to be fixed.The chain has returned broken in a different place and the shop told me to pay again for the damage they have caused!!
Absolutely ridiculous.

Online booking is messed up, I was turned down when I visited the branch in person post online booking since the online system doesn?t provide real time update to the staffs at the respective branch. Please make a booking in person at the respective outlets to avoid disappointments.

Wouldn't bother, my partner brought me a engagement ring was told they could resize, took it back they said they couldn't so we had to order a new one. No contact as the young girl wrote my number wrong. Went in today to be told they can't get it in my size no sorry nothing. Yen couldn't even be bothered to help me look for another. It's meant to be such a special time and we have been nothing but lied too. Yen was the most unprofessional ever. The other two ladies in was apologetic. Yen dealt with my partner when he first came in the shop. No money in the shop to refund me as he paid cash. Expected me to go away and sort out the refund myself. Went to Warren james instead. This company completely ruined what was meant to be a special time.

This particular store has the worst customer service, they don?t know how to greet you when you come into the store and they just watch you when you are looking at items. I have experienced this on more than one occasion so I will take my money elsewhere, simples!

Bought a ring for my fiancée and the prongs holding the diamond in had given out within 7 months because we didn?t have insurance with them they wasn?t interested in repairing it. For products at high price to fail so fast I wouldn?t recommend buying from here go somewhere with better quality products.

Not welcoming professional or follow correct process. We had to go to Fraser Hart for a second correct opinion. The man was friendly knew how to check my diamond engagement ring asked the right questions. Everything the females in your store didn't do. You should take note and retrain or fire those dum dums.
Jealous vindictive and nasty, I think your store was only good for one thing..air conditioning.
