“I have just been into the Chelmsford, Essex store. The staff were very welcoming, there was hand sanitiser at the door, they were letting in a certain amount of people to observe social distancing, and I was made to feel valued. The lady at the door was very friendly and welcoming, as was the Man who served me (sorry, I didn’t catch your names). I bought my usual Ginger shampoo and conditioner (enough to last me for at least 6 months!), a foot file, and some coconut hand sanitiser, and as I’d spend a certain amount, was very happy to receive my free gift of a great little wash bag with hand cream, shower gel and body butter inside. All in all, a very good shopping experience. Thank you to the Staff, you’re doing a great job. ?”

“Visited the store on a weekend shopping for Christmas presents. Hadn't purchased anything from L'occitanne in years but when I explained the product I once had the friendly member of staff was able to identity what I was looking for. Even though I only purchased 2 creams at £8 each the staff member made me feel very special. She advised me about getting 10% off if I become a VIP member, which I did. I explained one of the creams were a gift so she wrapped it up in tissue paper that was sprayed with perfume and a lovely yellow branded and designed bag. She gave me some free samples too! I was very impressed and will be purchasing from here again as the service was wonderful and next time I plan to spend alot more! X”

“I was in Boots the pharmacy on the Sunday 13th July with an awful wasps sting. I went in to get some cream to treat it as it was getting worse and very sore and painful. The pharmacist Rizwan took one look and told me that I needed antibiotics. He was very professional and treated me straight away. I started taking the antibiotics which solved the problem and was much better within a few days.
Really appreciate all his help and will recommend him to all my friends.
