Staff is terrible, rude and lazy. A brunette older woman taking the measurements for the shoes and also a girl Natalie J that was at the till, both completely unprofessional and rude. I was so impressed by the patience, calm professional approach of the young lady who spent ages helping my daughter and I try to find a comfortable pair of school shoes for uneven feet. I believe her name was Lous. Nothing seemed too much trouble, what a fabulous service and a total credit she is to the store.
