Took 2 hours to fit 2 tires and they ended up being fitted and balanced incorrectly, causing damage to one of the tyres. I had to escalate my complaint with head office for a refund and had to deal with argumentative staff which further added to my frustration and disappointment. Would NEVER use Kwik Fit again

Don’t expect to be served if you walk in. I went in just to check whether my front tyres needed replacing – a job that would have taken less than two minutes – but the gentleman at reception told me they were too busy and asked me to come back in two days. Had a screw I didn’t even know of in my tyre - they found it and fixed it quickly
