“We have used Nicks Tyres for over two decades. We have always had fantastic service but one of the main reasons we use them is for their honesty and fairness. Two weeks ago I asked them to investigate why the heated seats in my XKR had stopped working. Despite diagnostics and scans there were, unfortunately, unable to find the cause but did recommended the next steps. As they could not resolve the issue, they refused to take payment despite my protesting they deserved something after well over an hour of work! This brilliant business deserves its customers.”
