“I wanted to write a review as my experience at the Braintree Freeport store today was outstanding. I went into store with a voucher as a birthday gift and went to purchase a bag. The manager of the store (unsure of her name but short dark hair, lovely lady) actually gave me my bag for £9 less as it was my birthday and she said it was a gift from Kurt Geiger. This was so thoughtful and really made my day so I wanted to thank this lady and wanted to commend the brilliant customer service.”
