Phoned in today Braintree store, trying to charge me £56 for a basic air filter!!!Not happy at all as phoned Essex motor factors (Braintree) who quoted me £15.I?m a regular customer and not thinking twice of shopping with you again.That?s quite a difference £56 to £15.Not happy!!

Excellent customer service. Went this morning to exchange a faulty battery which was under manufacturer guarantee, replaced no problem even though I didn't have an invoice number, I was able to provide an order number. Thanks guys, life savers!
