Phoned in today Braintree store, trying to charge me £56 for a basic air filter!!!Not happy at all as phoned Essex motor factors (Braintree) who quoted me £15.I’m a regular customer and not thinking twice of shopping with you again.That’s quite a difference £56 to £15.Not happy!!
