“Having used this Post Office approx. 4 years - I have found all of the staff to be helpful but in particular the Indian lady at the post office counter who is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and highly professional at ALL TIMES. I have however, witnessed many a customer over this same period adopting a curt, sharp, rude and often unkind manner with this Indian lady and she has never once reacted in a negative way or mirrored their bad behaviour back to them. Being kind, being nice, being courteous to those providing you with a service very rarely fosters a bad reaction.”

“Had to change driving license as 10 years old , don’t have a current passport so had to go to the post office as per DVLA instructions. Couldn’t have been simpler, lady took photo against white background in shop paid the fee and had new license delivered about 2 weeks later . Very happy”
