“Always find them to be super friendly and nice. Recently worked out that they print out labels as well. Dead easy, just put in the details on the website and they send you a QR code which is scanned at the sorting office counter and they stick the label on. Happy days! At the moment they have a policy of only one person in at a time so take a coat or brolly if it's raining!!”

“Love this post office / shop. The staff are amazing and so helpful, always have a laugh with them, and nothing is too much trouble. So grateful that I have this on my doorstep”

“Stevenage Plus social group is a great place to meet new people. With numerous activities on a Tuesday night 8-10pm and members only events on a Saturday. Just £3 a session. There's a bar which also serves teas, coffees and light snacks.New members are made very welcome, first session is free.Come on down, you won't regret it.”

“I had a positive experience but lucky as I think the lady took pity on me. Closed at 5.30 as that's her finish time but luckily and thankfully she took my parcels at 5.40 after her finish time, she is not there before 9 and not sure re any weekend cover. If the post office is said to be open then they should have more trained staff to help out or correct the opening times on line.”

“Leaves Spring Post office is built into the McColls shop and offers most basic post office services. It's staffed by the shop team and I've never had any issues there.Friendly and easier than going into town.”

“always a good service, i feel its hard for newsagents where they have to run the post office aswell, but its very common these days so we need to be appreciative of their hard work and be more patient.”

“Very friendly stuff, there was only couple of people ahead so waiting time was less than 5 mins, remove one star because of parking space, there was barely any so had to park on the street near by and walk there..”
