“I was staying in Basildon and needed to replace a tyre on my Vito. Having this company recommend, I visited the Basildon branch but sadly they did not have a tyre in stock for me. However, the guy was quickly on the phone and directed me to their branch in Canvey. I drove there immediately and the guys changed the tyre as soon as I pulled up. Also I noted it was the first time I witnessed my wheel being tightened correctly using a Torque wrench. Fabulous service and understanding of the customers needs !!!”

“Absolutely fantastic business and Kay himself is a very helpful and consulting person. Came to Kay’s Tyres with a very bad shake/vibration on the front of my car when I pressed the brakes and Kay booked me in instantly without any appointment and immediately diagnosed my issue to badly worn brake disc and pads and got them replaced with high quality parts and I was back on the road within the hour which in my opinion is spectacular as I was expecting to wait for hours for a job of this kind. Fantastic garage and I will definitely be coming back for tyres/brakes any work on my car. Keep up the good work boys!”

“Went to Marc’s tyre for a new tyre after trying 2 different places. They didn’t have my tyre in stock but went out of their way to pick up a tyre from another place for me with no extra charge as they knew I was on my way to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble.
