Assisted self checkouts are a joke and don't work. Instead of having somebody standing over the self checkout, correcting it's failures, put them on a proper till checkout and customer's will get through quicker and less frustrated.

Is this store on the decline, can’t get half the stuff I want, personal shoppers just block up the aisles and won’t move so the customers are constantly trying waltzing around them, most of the self service tills don’t do cash, the member of staff putting out the flowers is that slow I’m wondering is he dead and... read full comment

Very rude staff member wouldnt let me buy an energy drink because I dont look 16?!! Im 23 and a bartender and have tattoos. She either needs a new set of eyes or new training
