Had a full service and M.O.T last Saturday that resulted in four brake discs and calipers being replaced. Perfectly happy with service, although pricey safety and all that you don't paying. However, I've been issued a parking charge. There are no pay and display or signs to say you have to pay, so I'm a bit miffed to put it nicely. So, three stars.

Booking online is super easy, The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I?ve not used a Kwik Fit in decades due to an unsatisfactory experience at another location. I can honestly say this has restored my trust in Kwik Fit and I would definitely use the Basildon branch again.

Can't thank Dylan and the team at Kwik Fit Basildon enough ? absolute lifesavers! Had a nightmare morning with a flat tyre just before an important meeting. I limped the car in expecting to be told l'd have to wait hours, but Dylan took one look, got it straight on the ramp, and had me sorted in no time.
He was calm, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out when I was seriously stressed. The whole team were spot on - professional but still down to earth.
Honestly, service like this is rare these days.

Had a brilliant experience at Kwik Fit Basildon recently. Popped in with a tyre issue and was seen quickly. Dylan and the team were incredibly helpful and friendly ? they took the time to explain what needed doing without trying to upsell or pressure me into anything.
You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and keeping customers happy.
Service was quick, efficient, and fairly priced.
I left feeling confident in the work done, and I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything else. Great team, great attitude - highly recommend!

Massive shoutout to Dillan at Kwik Fit Basildon honestly brilliant. I turned up last minute in a bit of a panic and he couldn?t have been more helpful. Sorted everything really quickly, kept me updated, and was genuinely so friendly and calm the whole time. You can tell he knows exactly what he?s doing and actually cares. SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went in for a tyre check, they charged me £25 for a repair, I drove out and I still got the tyre pressure warning. Drove back in and they checked the pressures and reset the meter. Ok all good. I drive back out again and I still get the message! I then call back and he goes ?yeah looks like the other tyres are going too? and that I need to pay more? So you?re telling me after the check and after paying £25 that I then need to pay more? Can?t you have just told me this from the start? It?s all a scam to get you to pay more money each visit. The manager was shockingly poor. NEVER AGAIN. I?m coming to sue.

I?ve arrived 25 mins late and they completely refuse to do the mot. It was traffic couldn?t do anything. That?s not good .
Edit: thanks for reply. At list could help me to book it for next day anywhere around as I?ve mentioned that if i don?t do it today or tomorrow I won?t be able to work as I?m PHV driver. So I?ve call Otto car and they booked me for tomorrow in CM1 . But your employer says only available Monday.

Dylan and the team at Kwik Fit Basildon went above and beyond, saving my holiday and sparing me a small fortune!
So here?s the scene: It?s six hours before my flight to Corfu. I?m packed, passport in hand, mentally halfway to the beach already? then disaster strikes ? a puncture. My car was essential for getting to the airport, and in that moment, my heart sank faster than a stone in the Med.
I limped the car to Kwik Fit Basildon, praying for a miracle. When I was told all the appointments for the day were fully booked, I honestly thought that was it. Holiday over before it had even begun.
But then?enter the hero?Dylan, the absolute legend in the navy blue polo, stepped in like a knight in shining armour (minus the horse, but just as cool). Seeing how urgent it was, he said he?d squeeze me in after the current job. I could?ve hugged him there and then!
True to his word, within the hour I had a brand-new tyre and was back on the road with time to spare. No stress, no fuss, just honest-to-goodness brilliant service.
Dylan and the team, thank you so much. You didn?t just fix a tyre?you saved a holiday, my sanity, and probably a couple of grand in rebooked flights and hotels. Absolute heroes. I owe you a drink? or several.

I had a simple puncture caused by a nail which was not reducing the pressure in my tyre but I thought I should get it removed. After removal the repair was not good because it leaked and I was losing pressure. I went back and was told a repair could not be repaired again and I'd need to buy a new tyre. I asked for a refund on the puncture repair because it didn't work and was told this was not possible and I would now need to purchase a new tyre but they could knock the cost of repair off the cost of the tyre!

Dylan and the team were brilliant, all my daft questions answered and from an enquiry and great price and speedy fit 4 boots fitted problem solved, having read other comments on the register parking I find that a worry as nothing was mentioned, that said it was literally end of day so hopefully ok, the tyre / mileage was a plus as well thanks all
