Had a full service and M.O.T last Saturday that resulted in four brake discs and calipers being replaced. Perfectly happy with service, although pricey safety and all that you don't paying. Booking online is super easy, The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’ve not used a Kwik Fit in decades due to an unsatisfactory experience at another location. I can honestly say this has restored my trust in Kwik Fit and I would definitely use the Basildon branch again.

Easily the most competent Kwik Fit branch I have dealt with. Always manage to sort out issues in some way or provide useful advice
