I am rating my experience today doesnt deserve even a 1 star. we are not aware that closing time is 4pm due to bank holiday. i am just trying to buy a emolient cream because my 7 yr old autistic daughter is suffering from night itch due to eczema that hinders her goodnight sleep. A member of staff, Bobby. Was so helpfull and kind he helped me find all the items I couldn’t find myself, I was feeling tired and gloomy but I Left the shop happy and with a smile from the sheer kindness and Customer care I received ?
