I see a lot of 5 star reviews are from when people just sign into a new property with them, they’ll be charming and prompt with replies when they’re also taking your money, wait until you have to deal with them when your tenancy is over and it’ll be hell.

I don't recommend Abbots Basildon ,we will never make the same mistake again. They never answer to out emails/phone call ,not helpful at all ,we are trying to acces the deposit and no one is helping us .

Great experience renting a new property with Abbotts.Reece was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had right away.I would definitely recommend renting through them!
