A very creepy man works there. Stating if the police don't see it happen it's not a crime. The guy wore a sickly amount of aftershave and a super tight shirt and trousers. I just worry about the women and girls that attend after that comment.

As a previous owner the site is not fit for purpose. The clubhouse is often closed or not serving food. Entertainment extremely poor. The site is often badly flooded followed by thick mud. The woman on reception is unhelpful and rude. Go to rye harbour instead.Noteworthy details: The beach is quiet and windy.

Once again and even after all the years we have been here on vacation ,the welcome and service shown by all the staff members is great, always ready to make your stay special. Especially this September when a localised water main problem occurred and threatened to upset the smooth running of the park. Throughout all this difficulty Amanda Juliet and Michelle worked their socks off to keep visitors happy. True professionals.

A nice typical holiday park. Clubhouse somewhat disappointing, last food orders at 6:45, because mid Sept is "out of season", drinks not cheap either. Swimming pool has to be booked in sessions, which is not good.

Really nice and quiet place. We were travelling with two children. Swimming pool on the side and entertainment in pub every night including children time.

Wonderfully Quite, Dog Friendly Holiday Park that was the perfect place to recharge the batteries. Behind the back is a river, lake and fields full of birds, sheep & cows and at the front is a 5min walk to a park and them as far as the eye can see coastline. The park was very clean and maintaned well and all staff from reception to cleaners were all friendly and helpful. We would definately return in the future

Silver plus caravan was spotless and we loved the personal touches with bedside lamps etc. Park is small but kept lovely. Reception ladies really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the eve entertainment and the grease night. We danced all night with some lovely ladies from Essex Will definitely return Thank you for a great weekend,

Love this peaceful place. Staff are great, site is well maintained and not too big, or busy.

Stayed Monday-Friday in a gold plus caravan. Couldn?t really fault it, was a nice space. Could have done with a bigger dust pan and brush to sweep and only 1 bin bag provided for 4 nights and a family of 5! On site there wasn?t much to do. There?s a small arcade which half the stuff either took our money and didn?t work or wasn?t releasing tokens for the kids after playing. The entertainment for the kids was the same every morning so not very exciting for the kids. The entertainment of an evening was just bingo every night which was a little disappointing found ourselves back at the caravan early. The park needs a revamp everything is covered in so much dirt as it isn?t maintained and there is the bare minimum for them to do in there 2 climbing frames and 2 sets of swings. Swimming sessions are only 45 minutes. Pool was nice and warm but kids weren?t happy to get out after 45 minutes. We found ourselves out of the resort for our whole stay just because on site was pretty poor and hardly anything to do. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk and there is a play park on the way which is better than on site. Camber sands only a 20 minute drive and we visited a castle museum in town which was really good. And the nature reserve was great. Staff that we did interact with were very friendly and helpful. Specially the two ladies at the main reception. One called Amanda and the other lady I didn?t manage to get her name. But both very helpful. Overall we had an okay stay but would say it was due to going outside and seeing the area rather than anything to do with park facilities. Would probably look for somewhere else next time with more stuff on-site for the kids.

Really disappointed that there are no picnic areas for the kids to eat their chips from the chip shop. I asked if they could eat them outside the clubhouse so they could sit down. I was told they needed to go to a local park to sit and eat them or back to our caravan. No wonder the clubhouse is empty. We were already in the clubhouse spending money but we had to leave.

Booked as a last minute holiday and he didn?t disappoint. Lovely caravans, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. The park was extremely clean and very family friendly. All staff welcoming and friendly. Would rebook and return. Thank you

Thank?s to all the Bar staff at Winchelsea sands for always making our lives easier. The house vodkas wouldn?t be the same without the love, care and dual attention to detail. The bars always clean, the staff are happy. And the latte?s are the Best! X

Site is tired and prone to flooding.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most caravans you cannot park next to; there is a large car park in the centre.Play park needs a refurbishment.Caravan fine, but felt a little grimy. Several areas were not cleaned sufficiently.Arcade very small and basic, but lots of prizes.Entertainment is okay, mainly aimed at toddlers.Food is okay and reasonably priced.
