As a previous owner the site is not fit for purpose. The clubhouse is often closed or not serving food. Entertainment extremely poor. The site is often badly flooded followed by thick mud. The woman on reception is unhelpful and rude. Go to rye harbour instead.Noteworthy details: The beach is quiet and windy.

Once again and even after all the years we have been here on vacation ,the welcome and service shown by all the staff members is great,always ready to make your stay special. A nice typical holiday park. Clubhouse somewhat disappointing, last food orders at 6:45, because mid Sept is "out of season", drinks not cheap either. Swimming pool has to be booked in sessions, which is not good.
