“It was my first experience of Vision Express today and I am totally convinced to use them from now on. Not only were the staff polite, attentive and knowledgeable, but also unhurried and genuinely friendly. I have to thank Astrid for explaining the process of the initial examination and tests, and also Alfie for detailing the results clearly and concisely I was made to feel special and that nothing was too much trouble. Astrid, Claire and Alfie gel so well as a team and the positive atmosphere in the store should be a lesson for all in any form of retail or high street venture. Finally, I noted the store was spotlessly clean and measures in place to see this cleanliness though after each client. Well done 11/10!I returned to collect my 2 pairs of glasses following excellent communication at each stage of the process and was pleased to see Astrid was able to assist me. She explained clearly and patiently how I needed to use each pair and that initially there would be an adaption period required. Her colleague Sharon also offer a huge amount of encouragement for me as a first time user of any glasses other than ready readers. Once again I was impressed by the atmosphere and customer care and the way staff interacted. Now, 3 days later, I have indeed begun to adapt and fully appreciate the product - I can see clearly again! Well done - another 11/10!!! “Excellent customer service. I live outside the area but family members have told me of the good service they have received, for a number of years, from this branch so I decided to try them as not 100% happy with my previous opticians. Eye test was very good but I was particularly impressed with Laura's help. She was honest in her communications and I really appreciated her expertise in selecting the right glasses for my small face and tweaking them to fit perfectly. I bought 2 pairs of varifocals. I had occasion to phone the branch 3 times and the phone was always answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and shall return.”
