The sales advisor, Teg, is possibly the best brand ambassador you could ever employ. Her level of customer service , product knowledge, and all round niceness, is off the scale.

I have just returned from a weekend in London , whilst there I had cause to visit one of your west end stores. May I suggest that your gold standard staff in Seaford are used as a bench mark for across store training? As the London based store was appallingly lacking on almost every level.
