Never, and I mean never purchase a bike from these guys. Mine went wrong almost immediately and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to return my calls, answer my emails or help in any way. They shut down their flagship London branches and have a number of court cases against them outstanding. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought the moped in their East London shop. They've since closed it down. For any NIU moped repair they ask for £50 pick up and another £50 drop off fee. Very poor after sale customer service. I'm not happy with them and definitely not happy with the NIU moped as it constantly breaks! If the current issue isn't fixed free of charge, I'm taking them to a small claim court under the consumer rights act.

Awful experience. Bought a super soco from here 2 years ago. The battery went into shut down mode pretty quickly after we got it. It was returned and fixed then a few months later it did the same thing. Since then (1 year ago!) we have either had no reply or constant promises to call us back (they never do). Finally we're promised that the bike and battery would be picked up yesterday or today. No one has arrived. Several calls again promising to call us back - nothing and now we can't even get past reception when we call! We're just being fobbed off now even when they have admitted there is a fault and it is a known fault with super soco's (they told us that) trying to get a resolution is impossible. Go elsewhere would be our advice.

I purchased my NIU electric scooter for them in 2019 and since then it has had engine and battery problems which have not been fixed by Urban eBikes. As other have already mentioned, their aftersales service is non-existent. They won't reply to your call or emails, repairs to the motorcycle take months at a time and they simply don't care about their customers. They refuse to repair the bike for an issue that was brought up during the warranty period. I recommend to avoid them.

Joe and the team were incredibly helpful and friendly during a test ride and an explanation of Zero motorbikes for me and my wife. Amazingly impressive bikes and we have some pondering to do, but I'm pretty sure we'll find it impossible to resist!\\n\\nThe prices seem high at first but as long term owners of electric cars we know about the savings in 'fuel' and servicing, as well as the joy of instant bucket loads of torque from any speed. Also I think the Zero S/DS/FX should be compared with mid-sized and large bikes rather than small ones and then the pricing makes more sense. It has the acceleration of a 750cc and the drivetrain is smoother than on 1200+cc bikes in that there are no vibrations at all. The additional charge tank will fix any range issues for me as I want a decent break between stages of long trips anyway and for more frequent local-ish rides the range is just fine.

Urban ebikes is a good company and I like how they are promoting more options for electric transportation. Hopefully not too long in the near future we can be 70% electric and 30% fossil fuel.They are not straight forward to find, partially due to phone sat nav needing signal but you have to keep an eye out for a small sign to turn into the industrial estate. They have two sites within a 1/4 mile of each other. One is for route check up, serving etc and the other one is the sales / showroom. if you get lost they will kindly sign post you, in the right direction . It is on the small side but works for it's intended purposes. The one guy who was there at the was really helpful and helped realise the zero was not in my budget but i had hope with other products on offer. You Can buy outright or have an option for finance, however speaking to him in person was better than reading the specs online. Thanks to him, I will make a purchase soon. He was a young lad with blonde hair and his dad was an electrician.

I leased the Super Soco Tc Max and, just after 6 days, I had to give it back as the speedometer was stuck. They kept the motorbike for three weeks, first not founding the fault, then they found the fault and have to wait for the part to be sent, finally the supplier has not the part ready for the next month, they do not actually know when the part is going to be available. Therefore I leased a motorbike with them, it's not possible for me to use it and they said they are not going to compensate me (as I am paying insurance and lease, not counting the money I have to spend to go around with public transport and the delays in my work that is causing me). Of course by the consumer right 2015 this is wrong and they have to compensate. Anyway do not trust the company as I had also another issue: as soon I paid the deposit for the lease they disappeared for 10 days (not replying to e-mails and not calling back on phone) and I had to go to the physical shop to make things moving again. If I could go back I would not buy with them.

Ordered the Super Soco TC Max a couple of weeks a go and overall the experience was great!The delivery arrived yesterday and the chap delivering the bike was incredibly helpful and walked through all of the setup/operation. As far as delivery experiences go, it's up there with the best.The only minor thing was that the delivery took slightly longer than advertised (only by a couple of days, nothing unreasonable) but the team were lightning fast when replying to update requests so I knew what was happening - the swift updates were very much appreciated.Overall the customer service was great, as was the delivery. Would be more than happy to deal with these guys again in the future!

Can't praise Urban eBikes enough. Took delivery of my bike yesterday and it's amazing. Thank you to Simon from Rye and all the Urban eBikes team for the amazing support and information when taking one for a test drive, ordering and taking delivery. I have just taken delivery of my new Super Soco CUX and I can honestly say I have been delighted with every aspect, from start to finish. We visited the store in Rye and felt that nothing was too much trouble for Simon and Oliver, who took the time to answer all our questions and I don?t think there?s anything Simon doesn?t know about electric motorcycles and scooters! I ordered my new bike to come with a camera and as I was the first in the country to get it, the camera didn?t come with any instructions. This was pointed out to me on delivery and by the next working day, the staff at Rye had gone out of their way to get it for me and it works beautifully! The bike was presented to me in an absolute immaculate condition - I?ve had £9000 bikes that weren?t presented as perfectly - as was delivered spot on time with great communication regarding delivery time etc. I also REALLY appreciated the fact that they had left the protective film on the screen as well - a really thoughtful touch! All in all, a really good experience from placing my order to receiving my new bike under 3 weeks later and I absolutely wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this company! ?
