I agree with last reviewer. I walked in at 7.45 today to two grumpy young girls. I used to come in a lot before work at a GP surgery, the manager and all the staff were very cheery. How that's changed. It was as if I was putting these girls out by coming in, let alone wanting service. I requested that my croissant be warmed,... read full comment
