I had a great customer service experience in this branch in particular (Hove BN3 3YE). I've been served by a member of the staff called Oli in many different occasions and I am surprised about how assertive, diligent, approachable and polite he is. Good library, with lots of books available. My sole problem was the fact that I asked for a book tht they had in stock and still they couldn't find it in the shelfs.

It sells books. Not the biggest Waterstones I have been in, but, it does have a great selections is a decent book shop.
