Maisie was brilliant. Very professional in dealing with my issue. Although busy she gave me as much time as I needed to be reassured. She certainly made it a pleasant experience. Will definitely ship there again.

Diana the West Hove Argos manager wouldn’t allow a refund for a faulty good bought two weeks ago, despite proof of purchase. I showed her the “Argos Faulty good refund policy” which is online for anyone to read, and are said it was her store policy. She has also never heard of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ?
