Very very rude and bad costumer service her name was Tegan she was very rude and not very nice, I was asking about opening bank account she didn't answer my question politely, She effect my day ,She don't even have energy to talk

Been fobbed off to do everything online or by telephone too many times here, even though i'm not signed up to online banking.
