Unfortunately a very poor experience, as my two autistic children are having a melt down in this the security guard was very rude !!! As I then went back in to talk to the manger to apologise for the screaming he then started to verbally attack me !!! Causing my 2 children to get even more upset and distressed

A big ‘thank you’ to staff here yesterday, you were all absolutely great ( I was having some difficulties) and you were so kind & helpful despite the shop being busy. I always find staff/ store Assisance & service here to be friendly and helpful. Great range of products. Excellent. V handy location .

Stopped doing cash back and cash machine is almost always empty. Staff would rather escalate tension with a frustrated customer than offer any kind of help. Uses old self checkouts that are not very good despite having new ones installed. Would rather shop anywhere else in Brighton at this point.
