i went to the branch to see if i could sort out an issue with my online banking,i arrived at roughly 11.45,i waited for an hour before anybody actually acknowledged me,the young man i spoke to said i had to get in the queue,which i did,it would have been nice if someone actually asked if they could help,counter service... read full comment
