I was served by two lovely staff at the Brighton store today who fixed a pair of glasses I bought from a London store. My 2 year old daughter watched them while they fixed my glasses and then they offered to pretend to fix her own sun glasses after she wanted her turn. They were extremely generous and even gave my daughter a microfibre cleaning cloth. A small gesture that meant a lot to us. Thank you for being so kind.

Best optician I've ever visited! Bethany the optometrist is so patient and kind, and the shop staff made it so quick and easy to order some new frames. It's a really relaxed vibe and there's always great music playing. I'll definitely come here for all my eye needs going forward!

Wonderful team at the brighton store. Warm welcome and super easy process. The optician is wonderful and so are all the staff. I picked up some new readers and starting contacts today. I won?t be going back to SpecSavers or Boots!

Have bought several pairs of glasses/sunglasses from Ollie Quinn over the years. Last week I lost a screw from one of the arms and phoned (Brighton)for a replacement, they couldn't have been more helpful and sent me one straightaway. Thanks

As soon as I walked into the shop I felt comfortable looking around and trying on different styles. When I asked, I was offered advice and suggestions.I quickly found a pair I liked and ordered them to my prescription.I love my new glasses and know that if I have any problems, I can just walk into the store and they will help me.Thank you guys.

Highly recommend any fellow spectacle wearers! They have a wide variety of specs and sunglasses to choose from which are super stylish and comfortable. Great value for money too! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy at all. I couldn?t be happier with my new specs and although I?ve only been wearing them since Saturday, I?ve had so many compliments. I shall definitely be returning to get some sunglasses soon.

Very helpful staff in Brighton North Lanes shop. A very speedy arrival of the 2x pairs of specs and a pair of contact lenses that I ordered too. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for new specs or contact lenses.

I bought some great sunglasses here. Unfortunately the hinge broke through my own carelessness. I brought them back in and was told they absolutely couldn?t possibly be fixed because of how they?re made, and the only option would be to purchase a new pair (£100+). Went a few doors down to Brompton?s who said the exact opposite and sent them off, came back good as new for £30.

Visited last minute to find/purchase a new pair of glasses. There were two lovely ladies working in the shop who were extremely helpful and attentive. They helped me with the size/shape etc. Excellent service! I would highly recommend this shop if you were looking for a new pair of glasses! I will certainly be returning!
