I was served by two lovely staff at the Brighton store today who fixed a pair of glasses I bought from a London store. My 2 year old daughter watched them while they fixed my glasses and then they offered to pretend to fix her own sun glasses after she wanted her turn. They were extremely generous and even gave my daughter...

Best optician I've ever visited! Bethany the optometrist is so patient and kind, and the shop staff made it so quick and easy to order some new frames. It's a really relaxed vibe and there's always great music playing. I'll definitely come here for all my eye needs going forward!
