I just bought some rotten beef as part of a stir fry. The label obscured the colour...and when I opened it the smell was appalling! The customer service team online were great, but I didn't get a refund...just a gift certificate (as I didn't have the receipt). Arrived an hour before they close (11pm) but told they had to shut early because they had a large delivery and couldn't handle customers in the shop. Feel like they fundamentally misunderstand the point of a shop.

Lots of food options, great location, but black female staff member gave me two bizarre shoves and almost 'accidently' stomped on my foot...no idea what that was about..i'm almost 60..had to ask her to stop shoving me...cant work out what she was doing it for...too scared to go back
