After dropping my iPad and damaging the ?on? button it was stuck in limbo. I was recommended to take my (?unfixable? - according to the Apple Store) iPad there by 3 separate people. £85 later I have it back - that was only 2 years old.
Also the amount I paid was £45 less than what I was originally quoted as the only charged me for labour. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks again

On thursday 19th December 2024 I take an iphone in for a replacement battery. Returning later the same day, we discover a tap fault across the screen. Fixio replace the screen immediately with what they have in store but DO NOT tell us that it is a different cheaper (LCD) screen and make no mention of intending to replace it like for like once they can get a proper replacement in. We get home to discover this, AND that the battery that has replaced the previous original is performing poorly. We take it back to the shop. As the guy has only the remainder of 19th and the following day - Friday 20th - to work, he says it's unlikely he will be able to sort in out before he is back from hols on 6th Jan, but that he will order a replacement OLED screen and a new fresh battery and get it sorted on 6th Jan. I call on 6th January to check the parts are in. A colleague says they haven't been ordered yet. Later the iphone guy calls back to confirm parts are in, promising to get it fixed asap. I used to think these guys were great. I am waiting to see if they can turn round this tangle of mistakes and poor comms.
