Super helpful & friendly staff. really quick advice , solved my issue in a short discussion. Had a Mac refuse to factory reset, they showed me how to try another way. And when that didn’t work, showed me yet another way!

New battery for my iphone and yet phone still shows "Service" and "Maximum Capacity" 38%Told to bring it back in. Not easy for me to get into the shop that's why I managed to get someone to drop it in for me.
