ZERO RESPECT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS
The management and admin side of the club is atrocious. Once you're signed up they never want to hear from you again and treat you awfully with zero respect.
I was overcharged for Decembers fees and then a week later they took the same amount again so now around £300 overcharge.
