How is this place still in business? Impossible to buy anything, staff standing around chatting. I went home and purchased items on Amazon.

Went in on Friday evening to look at ovens. There were 5 members of staff stood talking to each other the whole time we were in there. At no point did they approach us to offer help or even acknowledge us being there. We looked at the ovens then came home and ordered what we wanted from AO. Came into this store yesterday and I was taken back from the complete rudeness from the staff, not one decided to help me, asked two of the staff for help and there’s was not one bit of customer service. Came there to buy an Apple Watch and now curry’s have lost out on my money . No kind regards
