Arrived precisely 15 minutes before closure time on Sunday 3rd Aug entrance door was already locked!! Also this happened 2 times recently always with the same guy who seemed to be in charge -the other ones respect the rules. Very unprofessional. Please do something. All the other staff are lovely and professional too

Turned up 13 minutes before close, after work was denied entry and told it was closed even though there was other customers in the store I also work in a similar industry (hospitality) and have always ran by the rules you close the building/business once it's closing time not 13 minutes before as this is not the designated... read full comment
