Awful opticians with incredibly rude and uninformative staff who claim using a prescription that is 2 years old is "illegal". Tracy on reception is great as is the gentleman who carried out the eye test. I left them with mint condition Police sun glasses frames and sprung loaded frames for my normal glasses due to them being far superior to anything they have in stock for the lenses to be added. 2.5 weeks later I rang to see if they were ready... read full comment
