I was sent my medication all but one of my urgent medication,they said they would send it within a couple of days, still not received it and have ran out now, I rang them and they said it was still in there locked cupboard but I could not have it as it was over the 28 days since prescribed and have sent gp urgent prescription... read full comment

Been twice now to pickup an order. Long queues and only two staff. Front desk closed.

Pharmacist refused to give emergency contraception because they were “busy”. Did not even give any advice or a timeframe
