“Only found it to be a good experience when shopping here. Staff OK when you can find one to help. Did pick up a microwave oven during Covid period and it went like clock work after ordering on the internet and choosing the click and collect option. Staff very nicely brought the microwave out and placed it in my boot.”

“What a gem, amazing quality items. Clean, tidy, so well presented. Great taste, I loved it and bought a lot. Although I felt they could do slightly better when it comes to customer service which was still great honestly. Lovely lovely people but while I bigged them up and expressed appreciation the two times visits, I somehow was made to feel I was given them extra work which is definitely true since I bought a lot and returned the next day to exchange just a few items that didn’t fit which I should be allowed. They were very nice indeed no question of it but It’s the sellers job to make my life easiest not the other way around. I worked in Support my whole life and personally would have tried to make the client feel valued and say it was no trouble at all. I get they are doing their best but feedback can only improve the experience of the next person. Again outstanding staff, it is just my personal perspective. I will still love to go back there again but certainly won’t buy lots at once. I can’t take away how great of a job they did overall in the choice and display of their merchandise compared to other shops. So I highly recommend it.”

“I’ve been in and out of the pharmacy here these past couple of days, and the people were lovely and very helpful. I went in to pick a prescription up yesterday, and it had accidentally been sent to a different pharmacy, which I was unaware of, but he checked thoroughly to make sure it wasn’t a mistake on their side. I came back in today and he was very friendly, helpful and component at his job. The lovely lad who served me actually made an unpleasant experience rather nice.”
