Lovely place to stay other than having to beg for your deposit back and still not received. Lady on reception awfully rude and not helpful called RACHEL. Would go again if wasn’t for her awful attitude. Be careful of your deposit they make you key in your numbers and DO NOT give a recipt awful customer service

Disappointing. We sat for lunch, we waited 30 minutes for our first drinks which only arrived after I went to the bar to order as the service staff didn't come to take our order despite there being six staff behind the bar. When the food did arrive, it was clearly frozen food very poor quality.
Myself and Alexandra got married at the KP Resort on the 19th of July 2025 and it honestly couldn’t have been a better day.
